The Goals page helps you set and track financial targets, whether you're saving for a weekend getaway or a brand-new car.
There are two types of goals: manual and automatic. We suggest using automatic goals.
Feature available only in the web app
Manual goals
When you create a Manual goal, you manually add funds to your goal.
Here's how to manage it:
• No money is moved in/out your accounts: you should manually move it to a different account or keep track of it.
• To record progress, tap the "+" button on the goal card.
• You can track the percentage completed, remaining amount, and know what you need to save each month to hit your deadline.
Automatic goals
When you create an Automatic goal, all the funds above a threshold value are counted in the goal.
Here is how to set it up:
• Select the "Automatic" option and link a specific account.
• Set your desired threshold. For automatic goals, it is highly recommended to leave some funds for your basic expenses, so do not set the threshold value to 0.
Multiple automatic goals
If you want to run multiple automatic goals simultaneously, you have two options:
• Use a different account for each goal.
• Use an incremental threshold on the same account.
Example using incremental thresholds:
Let's say you leave 3000$ in your account for basic expenses. You would set the threshold for Goal A to 3000$.
If Goal A's target value is 5000$, it will be fully funded when your account balance reaches 8000$.
For Goal B on that same account, you should set its threshold to 8000$ so it begins funding only after Goal A is fully completed.
